We collect information from you when you subscribe to membership of the HMO Network on our website.  This information includes your personal contact details, job roles and interest in HMOs.

How will we use the information

We collect information about you for the operation of the Network in accordance with our Constitution and to email you about our events. We process your information on the basis of the legitimate interest of the HMO Network in maintaining a register of its members. You can withdraw from membership of the HMO Network at any time.

How we process your information

Your information is processed by Ideal Rooms Limited on behalf of the HMO Network. This is  subject to a controller agreement which is compliant with the GDPR.

How to unsubscribe

You have the right at any time to unsubscribe from membership of the HMO Network. If you unsubscribe we will no longer contact you with information about the Network or the events we organise.
