We’re still here!
As for so many organisations the pandemic has led to a curtailing of our activities in 2020 and sadly we have had to shelve any plans of a ‘physical’ conference until at least late next year.
During the hiatus we have been planning for the future of the National HMO Network, including launching this new website which will have an improved conference booking system, more regular updates and news items and hopefully, in the future, a Members area that will help us communicate more directly.
The way the Network is administered and financed is also under review, prompted by the pending loss of our long term relationship with the Nationwide Building Society as our bank.
We will be communicating with you all in due course to obtain your consent under our existing Constitution, for a number of changes to how we are managed and funded.
The Steering Group have been meeting virtually during this year and will be “zooming” again in January 2021, hopefully to set a date for a conference in 2021.
We look forward to being able to ‘Network’ again soon!
